Information the app handles

The app may process the following information when you provide or connect it:

• Account information, including your email address and private authentication records.
• Style preferences, optional self-described body and fit notes, optional measurements, favorite stores, usual sizes, and sizing feedback.
• Closet photos, garment details, wish-list products, source links, saved outfits, outfit reactions and optional notes, wear history, garment likes and dislikes, and manual inspiration uploads.
• Reference photos and generated style-preview images when you explicitly use the Fitting Room.
• Basic technical and security information needed to operate the service, such as session data, request timing, and error status.

Pinterest information

Pinterest is connected only after you authorize the app through Pinterest's OAuth screen. FORM does not ask for or receive your Pinterest password.

With your permission, the app reads the boards you select and their Pins. It may retain a private inspiration record containing a Pin ID, title, description, image URL, board association, retrieval date, and a link back to the original Pin. Public-board access uses theboards:read and pins:read permissions. Secret-board information is requested only if you deliberately enable the corresponding secret-board permissions.

Pinterest access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest. Pinterest information is used only to provide your personal inspiration and outfit features. It is not sold, used for advertising, combined with another person's Pinterest account, or used to train an AI model. Pin records retain their Pinterest source link and attribution.

How information is used

• To sync your private wardrobe and saved looks across devices.
• To organize clothing, inspiration, products, and fit notes.
• To recommend outfit combinations based on your explicit preferences, outfit feedback, and recent wear history.
• To create a requested visual style preview and prevent duplicate generation requests.
• To secure, maintain, and troubleshoot the application.

Measurements are optional. They support comparison with published size charts and are not used to infer your body type. Generated previews are style visualizations, not predictions of real-world fit.

Services that process information

Vercel hosts the application. Supabase provides authentication, private database storage, and private image storage. Pinterest provides authorized board and Pin information.

OpenAI receives images or styling details only when you explicitly request an AI analysis, recommendation, or virtual fitting-room preview. Before the first image generation, the app identifies the selected images that will be sent. These service providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

When wardrobe or fragrance photo enhancement runs, FORM sends that garment or bottle photo to remove.bg for background removal after correcting orientation and removing camera metadata from the transmitted copy. The original upload may retain its camera metadata in private storage. The enhanced result stays in private FORM storage and requires your approval before becoming the primary image. Personal Fitting Room reference photos are never sent to remove.bg.

FORM does not sell personal information, serve advertising, or share Pinterest information with data brokers or advertising services.

Storage, security, and retention

Personal records are protected by account-level database rules. Images are stored in a private bucket and displayed using temporary signed links. Service credentials remain on the server. Pinterest tokens are encrypted using AES-256-GCM.

Information is retained while your private studio account remains active or until you delete it. Disconnecting Pinterest deletes the stored Pinterest connection and stops future synchronization. Previously imported inspiration remains private until you delete it. Reference photos, generated previews, wardrobe items, fragrances, layering journals, inspiration, saved looks, outfit feedback, and wear entries can be deleted inside the app.

Your choices

You can:

• Use the app without entering optional measurements.
• Edit your profile, fit notes, stores, and wardrobe records.
• Choose which Pinterest boards are selected for synchronization.
• Disconnect Pinterest and revoke the app in Pinterest settings.
• Delete imported inspiration, photos, previews, saved looks, outfit feedback, and wear entries.

For a complete account-data deletion request or another privacy question, contact the app owner through the developer contact listed for FORM in Pinterest. Requests will be handled after account ownership is verified.

Children and policy updates

FORM is not intended for children under 13. This policy may be updated when the app's features or service providers change. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published.
